Albert School and Sense Reply Launch the First Business Deep Dive on Energy Transition

Albert School, the first European institution combining Business, Data & AI, and Sense Reply, a company of the Reply Group, are partnering for the first Business Deep Dive dedicated to the energy transition.

Starting on November 24, 2025, the project offers students from Albert School’s Milan campus the opportunity to apply artificial intelligence to real-world business challenges in the energy sector, with a focus on decarbonization and the analysis of complex systems.

As part of the program, Sense Reply will propose the challenge “Anomaly Detection in Electrical Power Consumption Flow,” which involves developing a machine learning algorithm capable of identifying abnormal patterns in electricity consumption data, detecting deviations and potential irregularities in energy flows.

The program will run for three weeks, featuring regular interactions between students and the Sense Reply team — from the kick-off on November 24, to an interim coaching session, and culminating in the final presentation on December 12, when teams will showcase their solutions to Sense Reply experts and the Albert School academic staff.

Winning teams will have the opportunity to connect directly with the Sense Reply team for potential internships and collaborations, strengthening the link between education, innovation, and the professional world.
